She is anIT lecturer at IBIT, PU. She completed her MS in Life Science Informatics and PhD in Bioinformatics, from University of Bonn Germany. For her PhD, she worked as scientific researcher at Department of Bioinformatics, Fraunhofer Institute for Algorithms and Scientific Computing (SCAI), Sankt Augustin, Germany.
Main areas of her researcher bioinformatics, logical and causal algorithms over biological omics data, cause-and-effect modeling and machine learning implementation for functional interpretation of genetic data.
