Ms. Hina Saleem is a full time faculty member at Institute of Business and Information Technology. She did her B.Sc. from Kinnaird College for Women, Lahore. And, she has completed MS- Management from Institute of Administrative Sciences. Moreover, she is a doctoral candidate at theUniversity of the Punjab, Lahore. She has about six and a half years of working experience at the University of the Punjab, Lahore. She teaches courses at undergraduate and graduate level at IBIT. The domain of taught courses include Fundamentals of Management, Organization Theory & Design, Business Research Methods, Marketing Management and Human Resource Management. She has presented papers in various international conferences in USA, Australia, UK and Malaysia. Her research interests broadly includeOrganizational Behavior and Human Resource Management.
