Trees to help improve environment, PU VC

LAHORE: (Friday, August 28, 2020): In connection with monsoon tree plantation campaign, Punjab University Vice Chancellor Prof Niaz Ahmed has launched a tree plantation drive by planting trees at New Campus. Institute of Agricultural Sciences Director Prof Dr Muhammad Saleem Haider, Director Institute of Energy & Environmental Engineering Prof Dr Mahmood Saleem, Resident Officer-II Jaleel Tariq, Resident Officer-I Col (r) Umer Khalid and others were present on the occasion. The vice chancellor said that we needed to protect environment for a healthy life of our and next generations.
