Lahore, January 3 , 2026 - The National Book Foundation's Lahore Regional Office hosted an intellectual session to commemorate Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah's 148th birth anniversary. Dr. Baseera Ambreen, Director of the Institute of Urdu Language and Literature, University of the Punjab spoke on Quaid-e-Azam's personality and his intellectual bond with Allama Iqbal.

Dr. Kamran Jahangir, Managing Director of National Book Foundation, emphasized Quaid-e-Azam's leadership relevance today. The session, presided over by renowned historian Dr. Muhammad Iqbal Chawla, talks by Professor Masarrat Kalanchvi and Kashif Manzoor, Director General libraries, Pujab exploring Quaid-e-Azam's ideas and legacy . The program was organized by senior coordinator programs of NBF Ms Kamwal Behzad.
