| Centre For South Asian Studies organized a Seminar on Jinnah & Constitutional Compact The Centre for South Asian Studies (CSAS),  University of the Punjab, Lahore organized a seminar on December, 14, 2023 (Thursday)  on “Jinnah and Pakistan’s Constitutional  Compact” Barrister Asad Rahim Khan was the guest speaker at the occasion.  The speaker briefed the audience about the Constitution’s importance for the  country and the vision of Great Quid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. He discussed  in detail how the speeches of Quaid-Azam signify the guiding principles for  today’s Pakistan. Mr. Asad was of the view that there’s a palpable need to assess the present  through the lens of Mohammad Ali Jinnah’s vision for this nation. He concluded  that Salvation lies in retrieving  Jinnah’s dream with the rule of law, education, welfare, and people power in a  meritocracy. After that there was interactive session between the  students and the guest speaker.
