PU IAP organized a Panel Discussion on "Let's Stop Bullying"


Institute of Applied Psychology University of the Punjab organized a Panel Discussion on "Let's Stop Bullying". Team Positively Happy was invited for the Panel Discussion and among the Panelists were, Dr. Zainab Javaid, Clinical Psychologist and founder of Positively Happy, Ms. Asia Manzoor, Senior Clinical Psychologist at the Department of Psychiatry, Services Hospital Lahore, Ms. Naila Aziz, Clinical Psychologist at Ghulab Devi hospital and Dr. Abdul Mannan, Physical Therapist and Pediatric Rehabilitation Specialist. Panelists first discussed the different types of bullying faced by people of all age groups and later shared the ways to stop it. Through demonstration, the Clinical Psychologists taught how to stop bullying in an efficient manner and addressed the queries of the students. A video highlighting the negative consequences of bullying, made by IAP students, was also played in the Panel Discussion. Director Institute of Applied Psychology, Prof. Dr. Rafia Rafique, concluded the discussion by bringing to light the emerging issues related to Cyber bullying. Dr. Rafia thanked the Team Positively Happy for participating in the Panel Discussion and distributed certificates among the Panelists.
