Apply On-line (Applications other than On-line will NOT be accepted by the University) |

The positions are purely on part time basis and selected candidates will have no right to claim for regularization of their services at any stage. |

Candidates are advised to read all terms and conditions and instructions of the Advertisement carefully in order to submit their application online and make sure it should be completed in all respects. |
4. |
The onus/responsibility of correctness of the data given in the on-line application will rest absolutely on the candidate. |
5. |
Candidates should fill the online form carefully in the light of the guidelines and instructions mentioned in the advertisement for the said posts. |
6. |
Application with incomplete documents during submission of hard copies and applications with incorrect information intentionally or unintentionally during online submission will be rejected without assigning any reason. |
7. |
Candidates will not be allowed to apply after closing date fixed for the receipt of applications, in any case and on the closing date, application portal will be closed at 4:00 pm. |

By-hand applications, incomplete applications or applications received after deadline will NOT be Accepted/Considered in any case. |
9. |
No TA. /DA will be given to the candidates called for test/ interview. |
10. |
Only short listed candidates will be called for test/ interview. |

Already in service applicants should apply through proper channel and submit No objection certificate (NOC) issued by the appointing authority, showing that the department will have no objection to relieve, if the applicant is selected. |

The University reserves the rights to increase/ decrease the number of advertised posts or withhold the appointment against any advertised post without assigning any reason. |

It is mandatory for the candidates to deposit the fee as required in the Advertisement in any branch of HBL or UBL. The fee must be deposited on the prescribed challan form to be generated online and original receipt must be provided along with hard copy of application form. Candidates applying for the said post are required to deposit an amount of Rs. 2,000/- No Bank Draft or Pay order or cheque or any such instrument will be accepted as fee by the University. Application forms received without fee deposit receipts shall be rejected. |

Candidates for all posts are required to submit one hard copy of On-line Application Form, complete in all respects with the signature of the applicant along with attested copies of degrees / certificates / testimonials / photograph (1x1) not later than 04:00 pm on 29.05.2024 (closing date) in the office of Deputy Registrar Admin-II University of the Punjab (Quaid-i-Azam Campus) Lahore, during office hours, on or before the closing date of advertisement through registered post only. No extra time will be allowed for postal transit etc. |
