In connection with the Independence Day celebrations, a Tree Plantation Drive was organized by the department on 13th August, 2025. Faculty members, staff, and students actively participated in the campaign and planted a large number of saplings within the department premises.
The initiative aimed to promote environmental awareness and contribute towards a greener Pakistan. Speaking on the occasion, the faculty highlighted the importance of trees in combating climate change and creating a healthy environment.
The participants expressed their enthusiasm and pledged to take care of the plants to ensure their healthy growth. The event concluded with a commitment to continue such activities in the future for the betterment of society.
