Aims and Objectives
The aim of these research programs is to develop individuals who wish to pursue a research-oriented professional career in academia or business. The MPhil program is a rigorous research based two year continue with their PhD degree. On the other hand, PhD is a three years program. The main objectives of the programs are:
1. To prepare individuals with the depth of knowledge and research competence of international level to till positions in Research Organization, Industry, Management and Educational Institutions.
2. To improve the qualification, skills and expertise of teachers and professionals.
3. To promote research activity in the domain of business administration particularly in the context of the business sector in Pakistan.
