LAHORE: (Wednesday, January 01, 2014): Punjab University Director External Linkages and Incharge Institute of Language Assistant Prof Maria Isabel Maldonado completed her PhD in Spanish Language and General Linguistics from UNED Madrid, Spain with grade cum Laude. She is the only Doctor of Spanish Language in Pakistan.
