Prof Dr Rafia Rafique Director Institute of Applied Psychology was invited as Chief Guest at the World Mental Health Day on October 10th 2022 organised by the Prof Karamat Hussain Psychological Society of Govt. M. A.O Graduate College, Lahore. Dr Rafia talked about the importance of Mental health during post covid. She highlighted the concept of Psychological first aid and how students and faculty can provide first aid in times of crisis.
