Growth Group Session for MS Health Psychology Trainees

The Institute of Applied Psychology recently organized a Growth Group session for outgoing MS Health Psychology trainees, led by Dr. Fatima Kamran, Associate Professor and MPhil/MS Program Coordinator. The session aimed to enhance professional skills and psychological well-being, bridging the gap between academic learning and practical application.

Participants had the privilege of hearing Professor Dr. Rafia Rafique, Director of the Institute of Applied Psychology, share her valuable thoughts and experiences. Her insights inspired trainees and enriched the session, making it more engaging and impactful.

Participants learned important skills like decision-making, stress management, and a better understanding of emotions through discussions and activities. They also grew personally and became more resilient. The trainees appreciated the session, calling it both helpful and enjoyable. The session reflects the institute's dedication to nurturing competent and well-rounded professionals in health psychology.
