Dr Nadeem Ahmed is working as assistant Professor at CEMB, university of the Punjab. His research field at CEMB is Proteomics and Biopharmaceuticals. He is teacher and research supervisor of M.Phil./Ph.D. students at CEMB. He is incharge protein purification unit in Proteomics/Biopharmaceutical group. Dr nadeeem is also managing internship programme at CEMB. He has worked for indigenous production of rhIFN injection at CEMB. He has developed upstream and downstream process for human recombinant proteins. He has theoretical as well as practical experience in Gene cloning, Upstream and downstream processing of human recombinant proteins, Chemical modification of recombinant proteins (PEGylation), Proteomics Research and Pilot scale production of recombinant proteins.
