Ms. Nosheen Maryam Awan has earned her B.Sc. Metallurgy & Materials Engineering degree from College of Engineering and Emerging Technology, Department of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering University of the Punjab, Lahore in session 2013-2017. She has about three years of industrial experience in Style Textile pvt. Limited. She has earned M.Sc. Metallurgy & Materials Engineering degree, in 2021.
She appointed as a Lab Engineer in 12/03/2020 at Institute of Metallurgy & Materials Engineering, University of the Punjab, Lahore. She has key participation in various laboratories in chemistry, metallography, heat treatment and mechanical testing. She is operating now metallography techniques i.e., mounting press, Lieca optical microscopy, charpy and IZOD impact testers.
She has also compiled chemistry manual of practical for B.Sc. Engineering students and performed in chemistry lab. She is currently involved in various departmental committees e.g. scholarship, library etc. She is also involved in other departmental activities such as women sports arrangements on university sports gala.
In short she is very enthusiastic and active member of our staff with positive energy and skills.
