Institute of Applied Psychology arranged a 2- Days Training Workshop on "Personality Grooming" chaired by Prof. Dr. Rafia Rafique; Professor/ Director, Institute of Applied Psychology, University of the Punjab. It was a registered workshop attended by students of IAP and Universities all across Lahore. The resource person of the workshop is Ms. Barira Bakhtawar who is a PhD Scholar, a researcher, lecturer in the field of Media Studies and Media Management and a Leading Radio Broadcaster. She continued her lecture covering the aspects of spiritual wellness and emotional consistency that polishes one's personality followed up by activities to keep students engaging. The last day of the workshop was concluded by Prof. Dr. Rafia Rafique; Professor/ Director, Dr. Fatima Kamran; Associate Professor and Dr. Saima Ghazal; Associate Professor, handing over the shield and souvenirs to Ms. Barira Bakhtawar and certificates were distributed to the organizers and the participants.
