LAHORE: (Tuesday, June 6, 2023): Punjab University Department of Mathematics newly appointed Chairman Prof Dr Muhammad Akram called on Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Khalid Mahmood and presented his newly published book ‘Multi-Criteria Decision Making Methods with Bipolar Fuzzy Sets’ to him. The monograph discusses the theoretical and practical development of multi-criteria decision making (MCDM). The main purpose of MCDM is the construction of systematized strategies for the Optimization of feasible options, as well as the justification of why some alternatives can be declared optimal. Dr Khalid Mahmood congratulated Dr Akram for publishing such a wonderful book. He appraised that Dr Akram’s 10 books have been published by reputed international publishers in the field of Fuzzy Mathematics. He said that this book is a valuable resource for researchers, computer scientists and social scientists alike.
