LAHORE: (Thursday, September 3, 2015): Punjab University Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran on Thursday distributed sports gear among the management of Akhwan Science College Barki under PU’s Club Sponsorship Program on showing outstanding performance in sports. In this regard, a ceremony was organized outside VC office in which PU Acting Director Sports Shamsa Hashmi, Additional Director Sports Khalid Mehmood, Akhwan College’s Principal Muhammad Basharat, President Anjuman Rana Muhammad Mansha, Director Sports Muhammad Abid and others were present on the occasion.

PU VC Dr Mujahid Kamran lauded the talented players of Akhwan College who had shown significant performance in the intervarsity events by achieving medals. Later, under PU’s Club Sponsorship Program, pool vault bar, pool vault pool, pool vault metris, two discuss throw, one javelin throw and one shot put were handed over to the college team outside VC office.
