Dr. Lubna Razaq is an experienced academic with over 10 years of expertise in teaching and research. Her qualifications span across two key disciplines: Statistics and Gender Studies. Dr. Lubna Razaq holds MSc in Statistics and MSc, M.Phil., and PhD in Gender Studies from the Department of Gender Studies, University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan.
Currently, she serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Gender Studies at the University of the Punjab, Lahore, where she has contributed significantly to the academic community.
Research Focus: Impact of armed conflict on women’s health in combat zones, public health, gender studies, peace and security, human rights and conflict research.
Research Contributions:
Dr. Lubna’s PhD dissertation focused on the “Impact of Armed Conflict on Women's Health in Combat Zones of the Line of Control (LoC) in the State of Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK), Pakistan. Additionally, his M.Phil dissertation explored the “ Women in Armed Conflict: Impact of Cross-fire on Maternal and Neonatal Health in Areas Adjacent to the LOC in the State of Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Her MSc dissertation investigated the “Impact of Gender Discrimination on the Health of Girl-Child in Rural areas of Lahore, Pakistan.

Dr. Lubna's research interests cover a broad range of topics within the fields of public health, gender studies, human rights, peace and security, and conflict research, including:
