Ms. Saba Nasir joined IAS in 2009 as a Lecturer. Recently, she won the postgraduate scholarship from Monash University Australia after tough international competition and is currently pursuing her PhD in Management from Monash University Australia. Saba holds an MPhil (Management) and MPA (HRM) from IAS. She secured first position in MPhil and was awarded with two Gold Medals in MPA. Her research interests include; Public Administration, Public Policy Governance and Public Sector Human Resource Management. She teaches courses of Public Administration, Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at graduate and undergraduate level.
