Dr. Muhammad Ali is working as an Assistant Professor at IBA, University of the Punjab, Lahore since 2018. He completed his split Ph.D. Business Administration from National College of Business Administration & Economics, Lahore and University of British Columbia, Canada in 2017. He worked as Assistant professor at Department of Management Sciences, Lahore Garrison University from September, 2017to October, 2018. Herepresented IBA in different National and International conferences including 2019 Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD) Conference, USA, and the 10th International Conference on Systematic Innovation, at University of Liverpool, UK in 2019. He also deliverstraining sessions at Management and Professional Development Department (MPDD), Govt. of the Punjab, Lahore. His research and teaching interests are Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Strategic Management. He is also HEC approved supervisor, and supervising the postgraduate students at IBA.
