Institute of Applied Psychology, University of the Punjab, takes pride to announce the successful conduction of Pre-Défense Webinar of PhD Dissertation of Ms. Amna Rafique, completed under the supervision of Dr. Saima Ghazal; Associate Professor, Institute of Applied Psychology, University of the Punjab. PhD dissertation of Ms. Amna Rafique was entitled “Development and Validation of Situational Judgement Test of Integrity: Predicting Managerial Leadership Effectiveness" that was successfully completed. Her pre Defense was held on 15th August, 2022 at 09:30 a.m. Director Institute of Applied Psychology, Prof. Dr. Rafia Rafique congratulated Dr. Saima Ghazal and Ms. Amna Rafique on successful completion of her PhD Dissertation.
