The Centre for Applied Molecular Biology (CAMB), University of the Punjab (PU), 87-West Canal Bank, Opp SUPARCO Office, Samsani Road, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore-53700 invites sealed tenders according to Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Single Stage-Two Envelope i.e. Technical & Financial Bids) on DDP basis from manufacturers, authorized/sole distributors & well reputed scientific & general order suppliers, registered with NTN, GST and PRA (if applicable), for the procurement of below-mentioned items:

Bids only through E-Pak Acquisition and disposal system (EPADS) will be entertained (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). No bid other than EPADS will be accepted. Bid security will be submitted before closing of tender physically in the office of Procurement Section, CAMB, Lahore, (Tel: 0300-4318401). Bidder will also upload the complete scanned copy of their bid in EPADS.

Bidding documents, containing complete set of Bid Data Sheet, Specifications, Delivery Schedule, General & Special Terms and Conditions of Contract, etc can be downloaded from the websites of PPRA (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) or Punjab University (www.pu.edu.pk) or CAMB (camb,.edu.pk). The bid prepared in accordance with the instructions contained in the bidding documents must be submitted on EPADS by 09-08-2024 till 11:00 (a.m.), which will be opened on the same date at 11:30 (a.m.). If there is a public holiday announced by the Government on the tender opening date, then the tender will be opened on the next working day.

CAMB Technical & Purchase Committee reserves the right to reject any or all tenders. No tender will be issued on the opening date & time. The bidders are requested to give their best and final prices as no negotiations are expected. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificate must be provided.
