Punjab University Faculty Members Successfully Complete National Faculty Development Program


Dr. Maliha Uroos (School of Chemistry) and Dr. Afifa Anjum (Institute of Applied Psychology), Associate Professors at the University of the Punjab, have successfully completed the two-week National Faculty Development Program (NFDP) Tier-II (Jan 13–24, 2025), organized by the National Academy of Higher Education (NAHE), HEC Pakistan.

The NFDP Tier-II is a prestigious initiative designed to enhance faculty members' teaching, research, leadership, and digital learning competencies. Through this training, Dr. Uroos and Dr. Anjum have gained valuable insights into modern pedagogical techniques, research excellence, strategic academic planning, and higher education leadership. Their participation will contribute to:
Innovative Teaching – Implementing student-centered learning strategies.
Research Development – Promoting interdisciplinary collaborations and publication ethics.
Digital Advancement – Integrating AI-driven tools and e-learning platforms.
