Bids on Framework contract basis are invited from the interested bidders registered with relevant Registration authorities and Tax departments / Authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax etc.
The Bids shall be received as per single stage two envelope procedure.

Bids only through E-Pak Acquisition and disposal system (EPADS) will be entertained (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). No bid other than EPADS will be accepted. Bid security will be submitted before closing of tender physically in Punjab University Health Centre, Quaid-e-Azam Campus, Lahore. Bidders shall upload the complete scanned copy of their bid in EPADS.

Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded from the websites of EPADS (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) or PPRA (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). In case of any query, guidance can be sought from Punjab University Health Centre, Quaid-e-Azam Campus, Lahore.

Bids must be submitted on EPADS on or before Date 06 January 2025 time 10:00 am. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security 2% of the estimated price in the form of CDR / Bank Guarantee / Demand Draft / Pay order in the name of The Treasurer University of the Punjab. Late bids shall be rejected. The Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 am in the presence of the Bidders / their representatives who may choose to be presented at the address below. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Chief Medical Officer Punjab University Health Centre at the address given below from Date 19 December 2024 08:00 am to 02:00 pm.

Bidding documents are immediately available after date of publication. The University of the Punjab will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of bids. In case of official holiday on the day of submission, next day will be treated as closing date.
