Tehreek-e-Istehkam-e-Pakistan Council conferred on “Quaid-e-Azam Gold Medal” and Shahbaz Shareef Gold Medal” to Punjab University, Centre for Coal Technology Director, Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir a renowned Energy expert, professional engineer, scientist and teacher in recognition of his meritorious services in the field of Coal Technology, Education, Engineering to strengthen Pakistan on 9th Feb, 2014. Prof. Dr. Khairaat-Ibne-Rasa, former Vice Chancellor Punjab University, Bahaudin Zakarya University, current Vice Chancellor Leads University decorated Dr. Munir with two gold medals. At the end of the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir inaugurated free ambulance service for the needy patients. Worthy Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Mujahid Kamran congratulated Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir for this great achievement.
