The University of Punjab (University) is soliciting Expression of Interest from qualified Companies for installing and operating of digital billboards within the boundaries of the University. The University intends to install 4 to 6 digital billboards in first phase of the project. The successful company will be granted 2-year lease (extendable) to install, operate and maintain the digital billboards. Any certification or licenses that may be required will be the sole responsibility of the successful proposer.

The companies must have license from the relevant authorities and have minimum of 3 years experience of installing and operating the digital billboards / hoardings and must be registered as active taxpayer.

Interested firms are invited to submit their proposals along with detail of their experience, financial capacity and marketing strategy no later than 11:00 AM on October 10, 2024 in the office of the Resident Officer-I, Admin Block, New Campus, The University of the Punjab with all relevant documents.

Submitted EOI will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of the representatives of the firms, who may wish to attend.

The University reserves the right to reject all proposals received.
