In collaboration with the Institute of Urdu Language and Literature, the Punjab University Library organized a one-day hands-on training workshop on online searching techniques for researchers and students of Oriental languages and literatures. The workshop, supervised by Dr. Muhammad Haroon Usmani and Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran, featured Deputy Chief Librarians Kashif Khurshid and Syed Saleem Abbas Zaidi as resource persons.
A large number of students and researchers attended the workshop, gaining practical experience in online research methods. Certificates were distributed to participants at the end of the session, highlighting their new skills and engagement.
