LAHORE: (Tuesday, June 4, 2013): Punjab University College of Earth and Environmental Sciences (CEES) will organize an awareness walk on Wednesday June 5 at 8:30am from the college to the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) on the World Environment Day. CEES Principal Dr Firdous-e-Barin along with faculty members and students will participate in the walk. Later, a program in this context would be held where the day would be highlighted according to this year’s theme “Think, Eat and Save”. Student competitions in speeches, documentaries, quiz and posters would be held. The winners would be awarded with shields and certificates.
