PU witnesses massive increase in hostels dues recovery LAHORE: (Monday, June 02, 2025): On the instructions of Punjab University Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Ali, the implementation of a transparent system for the first time in the financial affairs of boys and girls hostels has increased the income of the year 2025, January to April, by 81.5 million compared to the year 2024, January to April. According to spokesperson, the increase in recovery will help provide better facilities to the students in the hostels. He said that the income received from boys’ hostels in the first four months of the year 2024 was 26.4 million, which increased to 78.2 million in the year 2025, which is an increase of 51.5 million. The income received from girls’ hostels in the first four months of the year 2024 was 88 million, which increased to 118 million in the first four months of 2025, and the total income increased by 30 million.
