LAHORE: (Saturday, December 22, 2012): To remember the historic services of Father of the Nation with zeal and zest, Punjab University will remain open on December 25, the birthday of Qauid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah and the university will remain closed on December 31st in lieu of Quaid Day. Seminars, quiz, debate competitions, skits etc will be organized on December 25 in all the departments to highlight the services of Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah. Moreover, Christian staff and students will observe holiday on 25th and 26th. Punjab Meanwhile, Punjab University will observe winter vacations from Wednesday 26th to Friday 28th.
