Requisite documents for this program: |

|
|
1. Applications of students on plain paper along with CNIC copy. |
|
|
2. Bonafide Certificates of students that must be signed/ stamped by the |
| Director Admissions, Director Accounts and countersigned by the |
| Chairman/ Director/ Principal. |
|
|
3. Schedule of fee structure (including departmental charges) of each |
| subject/class/semester. |
| |
|
4. Attested copy of student's admission form and merit list of admission.
|
| |
5. Attested copy of Mark sheet/result of previous semesters of the student (in case of |
|
|
student applying for next semester/ year). |
