Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals for the appointment of Research associates (03 Positions) in Fungal Biology and Systematic Laboratory, Department of Botany, University of the Punjab, Lahore under National Research Program for Universities – Higher Education Commission project No. 20-3183-NR.PU/R&D/HEC/14/184), titled “Establishment of DNA Sequence Database for Identification of Macro fungi of Pakistan” for the period of three years.

Eligibility Criteria:

|
Candidates should have strong academic carrier with 1 st class in M.Sc/MS/M.Phil in Botany with specialization in Mycology/Fungal Biology and Systematic or related field.
|

|
Preference will be given to those who are already enrolled in Ph. D Botany in the field of Mycology (2 posts).
|
|
•
|
A candidate with 16 years of education with research experience/publication in relevant field (1 st class/3.0 CGPA; 1 post).
|
|
•
|
Candidates already in job must apply through proper channel.
|
|
•
|
Candidates must have some relevant field research work and computer skills.
