Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals on prescribed form for the post of Assistant Professor at Centre of Excellence in Solid State Physics under TTS as approved by the BOG and HEC.

Qualifications:
Ph.D. from a recognized institution (with basic degree of M.Sc. Physics or equivalent) and excellent written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills. In case of a local Ph.D. evaluation of the thesis should have been done by the referees from Europe/USA/Technically Advanced Countries.

Specializations:
2 posts of Experimental Solid State Physics preferably with expertise in magnetic materials, auto-combustion sol-gel, opto-electronic devices, thin films’ preparation and characterization.

Complete application consisting of a dossier including detailed CV, 3 recent photographs, 2 letters of recommendation, copies of publications (if any) copies of all certificates / degrees / transcripts and all other relevant documents is to be submitted along with a postal order of Rs. 100/- in favour of the Director, COE in Solid State Physics. Candidates already in service need to submit applications through proper channel. No TA/DA will be paid for the interview.
