PU VC Prof Dr Khalid Mahmood, former Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Aneeq Ahmad, President Lahore Bar High Court Asad Manzoor Butt and Director Coordination PHEC Dr Rana Tanvir Qasim will address the seminar.
