Dr. Fawaz Bokhari (Assistant Professor of Advance Computer Networks at PUCIT) has been awarded ICANN fellowship to attend the upcoming ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) 52nd meeting in Singapore, 8-12 Feb. 2015 (https://www.icann.org/news/announcement-2014-11-07-en). ICANN is an international corporation who assigns Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, and maintains generic (gTLD) and country-level (cTLD) Top Level Domain name system. This is a very competitive fellowship and this time 50 fellows are selected from 37 countries and we are very proud that one of our PUCIT faculty member has been selected for this fellowship.
