Requisite documents for this program: |

1.
|
Applications of students on plain paper along with CNIC copy.
|
|
2.
|
Bonafide Certificates of students that must be signed/ stamped by the Director Admissions, Director Accounts and countersigned by the Chairman/ Director/ Principal.
|
|
3.
|
Schedule of fee structure (including departmental charges) of each subject/ class/ semester.
|
|
4.
|
Attested copy of student's admission form and merit list of admission.
|
|
5.
|
Attested copy of Mark sheet/result of previous semesters of the student (in case of student applying for next semester/ year).
