Institute of Applied Psychology organized a credited Workshop on “Advanced data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling” for its M.Phil Scholars. The resource person for the workshop was Mr. Ghulam Ishq, Ph.D Scholar and Lecturer at Department of Psychology, Leads University, Lahore. Mr. Ghulam Ishaq started off by sharing the basics & types of SEM. With practical demonstration, he elaborated the steps as well as common issues faced using SEM technique. Director Institute of Applied Psychology, Prof. Dr. Rafia Rafique thanked Mr. Ghulam Ishaq for the training and at the end of the 6-hours' interactive workshop Dr. Rafia and Dr. Saima Ghazal, Associate Professor, IAP, distributed the certificates among the participants.
