LAHORE: (Thursday, May 09, 2024): Punjab University Literary Society has participated in the 'Majlis-e-Mabhiha' All-Pakistan Faiz Ahmed Faiz Poetry Competition 2024 at Government College University Lahore, and showed excellent performance and won many prominent positions and team trophy as well. Imtiaz Anjum won the first position in Urdu Ghazal while Hadia Khalid stood second in Urdu Poem. Similarly, Imtiaz Anjum got second position in the sub-word while Ilyas Abbas Sanwal and Asif Mahmood Asif obtained second position in Bait Bazi. PU Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Khalid Mahmood, Director Student Affairs Dr Muhammad Ali Kalasra and Director Institute of Urdu Language & Literature Dr Muhammad Kamran congratulated the winning team for this success.
