Remote Sensing, GIS and Climatic Research Lab (RSGCRL), University of the Punjab, Lahore is a national lab sponsored by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC). It is established to promote and facilitate education and research activities in the fields of Remote Sensing, GIS, Space Applications, and Climate Change and develop collaborations and linkages with academia and industry at national and international levels. Currently, the Lab has following research positions
available throughout the academic session 2026-27 and beyond. |
PhD/MPhil/MS Research Scholars |
Students currently enrolled in PhD/MPhil/MS programmes in Space Science, Environmental Science, Geography, Geology, Geomatics, RS&GIS, Meteorology, Climate Change, Physics, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Management Sciences or relevant field in University of the Punjab or any other University are encouraged to apply for joint theses work in the mentioned academic domains. |

MSc/BS Research Scholars |
Students currently enrolled in MSc/BS programmes in Space Science, Environmental Science, Geography, Geology, Geomatics, RS&GIS, Meteorology, Climate Change, Physics, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Management Sciences or relevant field in University of the Punjab or any other University are encouraged to apply for joint theses and projects or project reports. |
