In a celebration of academic excellence and scholarly achievement, the University of the Punjab held its 133rd Convocation on May 14th, 2024, at the prestigious Faisal Auditorium.

The event, presided over by Vice Chancellor Prof. Khalid Mahmood, marked a significant milestone in the journey of countless students towards their academic aspirations. A total of 66 scholars, comprising 49 M.Phil. and 17 Ph.D. graduates from the Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB), were conferred with their hard-earned degrees, amidst applause and admiration from faculty, peers, and family members. Following the ceremony, Director of CEMB, Prof. Moazur Rahman, personally congratulated the scholars on their remarkable achievements, further highlighting the exceptional caliber of talent nurtured within the institution.
