LAHORE: (Thursday, August 27, 2026): Punjab University Directorate of Student Affairs’ Pioneers Naat Society, organized a Mehfil-e-Milad-e-Mustafa ﷺ here on Thursday. On this occasion, PU VC Prof Dr. Muhammad Ali, DG Security, Estate and Student Affairs Prof Dr. Rehan Sadiq, Director Student Affairs Dr. Shahzaib Khan, faculty members, and students were present. The purpose of the gathering was to promote love and devotion for Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa ﷺ among students and to highlight his noble life, teachings, and exemplary character (Uswa-e-Hasana). During the ceremony, participants presented Na’ats in praise of the Holy Prophet ﷺ and expressed their love and devotion at his sacred court. In his address, Prof Dr. Muhammad Ali urged students to make the Seerah of the Holy Prophet ﷺ a guiding light for their practical lives and to play a positive role in society by following his teachings. He said that such spiritual and blessed programs play an important role in promoting Islamic values, love for the Prophet ﷺ, mutual respect, brotherhood, and harmony among students. The Pioneers Naat Society expressed its commitment to continuing to organize such positive and purposeful activities in the future for the religious, moral, and spiritual development of students.
