Dr. Fatima Kamran, Associate Professor and Coordinator of the MS and M.Phil Programs, successfully organized a Growth Group Activity for students, focusing on their emotional well-being, self-expression, and personality development. Dr. Afifa Anjum, Associate Professor and BS Program Coordinator, also joined the session and encouraged the students through her presence and guidance. In this interactive activity, students participated in a series of healthy and confidence-building exercises, including singing, poetry, and open sharing of personal experiences. The purpose of these activities was to help students enhance their self-confidence, develop positive coping skills, and foster personal growth beyond their academic roles. The session provided students with a supportive environment to express themselves freely while strengthening interpersonal skills and healthy personality traits. Such initiatives reflect the department’s commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals equipped for both academic success and meaningful personal development.
