Digital Learning & Skills Enrichment Initiative (DLSEI-Coursera)

Higher Education Commission of Pakistan is now offering FREE COURSERA LICENSES to the students and faculty of University of the Punjab

The Digital Learning & Skills Enrichment Initiative (DLSEI) is an initiative of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan in partnership with Coursera. DLSEI intends to enhance online learning and skills development among passionate students. They will be able to access courses and certifications from top universities of the world and get an opportunity to enroll themselves in the highest-ranked and most expensive online courses.

The infrastructure of the Digital Learning & Skills Enrichment Initiative (DLSEI) to be provided by Coursera will help in the practical training of the youth enabling them to seek employment in the national and international market. DLSEI will serve, as an online platform to include learners from all over Pakistan, be part of this great initiative, and enable them to take advantage of the opportunity. Learners will be equipped with the most demanded learning tracks, which would enable the learners to show case their talent and skills, and the learners can create their businesses through self-employment and entrepreneurship initiatives.


LICENSE REVOCATION POLICY
	Revocation refers to the withdrawal of a user's access to courses or programs provided under DLSEI programme with certain conditions applied.
	Conditions for License Expiration:
		Learner does not enroll in a course within 15 days of receiving a license invitation.
		If an applicant doesn’t perform any activity or is enrolled in any of the recommended courses or any other course within 10 days of receiving a license invitation link.
		Learner does not complete a course within 30 days of receiving the Coursera license.

REGISTRATION POLICY

NOT-ELIGIBLE

1. Alumni are not eligible.

2. Affiliated colleges students, faculty and staff are not eligible.

3. Faculty members who are on long Leave are not eligible.

ELIGIBLE

1. More priority should be given to disabled students.

2. Active students of your university are 2nd priority.

3. Regular Faculty members and staff are eligible.
