The Punjab University has established an IT Centre to manage all the activities of IT Infrastructure like network development, software development, website development and other growing areas in IT setup. All the departments are connected through local area network and e-mail correspondence is being facilitated. Over 6500 state of the art computers have been provided to Departments. Bandwidth has been gradually increased upto 802 Mbps through PERN2. |
