Annual Dinner 2018 at PU Jhelum Campus
Monday, April 23, 2018: University of the Punjab is the oldest seat of Higher Learning in the Subcontinent. Taking this into account Punjab University is the first and only higher learning institution to established a Sub-Campus at Jhelum region which formally known as Punjab University Jhelum Campus (PUJC). On 23rd April 2012, classes were started at Jhelum Campus so in remembrance of this Hallmark PU Jhelum Campus celebrate this day with full zeal and every year an event was organized that is known by its name as Annual Dinner. Another reason of Annual Dinner is to give tribute to passing out students and reward those students with honorary shields who worked besides their studies for the development and uplifting of Jhelum Campus.
The Director Campus Dr. Muhammad Mudasar Ghafoor was the Guest of Honor of on the occasion, in addition to him Ex-Administrator of PU Jhelum Campus Mr. Muhammad Akram Ch was the distinguished guest. Almost all the faculty members of PU Gujranwala Campus graced the occasion by attending the event. |

| Event Management Society (EMS) had organized this event. Students of PU Jhelum Campus performed different skits, Tableaus, Songs, Dance and short videos to make this event successful. A special documentary was made to give tribute to the passing out students from PU Jhelum Campus that includes Department of Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology and Law. |

| The Director Campus appreciated the efforts of Chairman EMS Mr, Kamran Shaukat Dar and his team that includes Mr. Fraz Ashraf Khan, Mr. Tabassum Riaz, Mr. Adeel Nasir, Mr. Rahat Noman, Mr. Yasir Kayani, Syed Zagham Abbas, and Mr. Haroon Iqbal for successfully organizing the event. At the Dr. Mudasar awarded honorary shield to Mr. Muhammad Akram Ch. and a Souvenir to the Faculty of PU Gujranwala Campus. Appreciation certificate were also awarded to the faculty members and administrative staff for their devotion in their work. |

| Dr. Mudasar also appreciated all the students of EMS society and express his gratitude to all the guest and especially to media persons for taking some time from their busy schedule and attending the event. While addressing to the students Dr. Mudasar said that, this campus will IN SHA ALLAH progress rapidly in academic field and our students when pass out will compete at international level and contribute towards the economic development of Pakistan and society. |
