LAHORE: (Tuesday, January 23, 2024): Punjab University Office of Research Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC) organized a seminar on “Fundamentals and Modern Trends in Supply Chain Management” at the Institute of Chemical Engineering and Technology here on Tuesday. PU VC Prof Dr Khalid Mahmood, ORIC Director Prof Dr Shakil Ahmed, Deputy Director Dr Muhammad Irfan, Engg. Abdullah Tahir from Highnoon Laboratories, faculty members and students were present.

In his address, Dr Khalid Mahmood lauded the efforts of the Director ORIC Dr Shakil Ahmed and his team for arranging a fruitful event. He thanked the faculty members and students for their enthusiastic participation. He highlighted the importance of the topic i.e ‘Supply Chain Management’ for bridging the gap between industry and academia. In his keynote address, Abdullah Tahir threw light on the topic and shared his expertise.
