A lecture was delivered by Director QEC, Prof. Dr. Aamir Ijaz on “Impact of QEC on Higher Educational Institutions” at University of Education, Lahore on “World Quality Day” that was celebrated on 13-11-2014. Vice Chancellor University of Education, Registrar University of Education, Directors QECs of various universities of Lahore, HODs of different departments of University of Education were present on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion Vice Chancellor University of Education Prof. Dr. Faiz-Ul-Hasan said that education with quality is necessary for our higher education institutes. Prof. Dr. Aamir Ijaz, in his lecture, explained the importance and impact of QECs in universities. He also described the self assessment tools and shared the good practices of QEC, PU with the participants.

The lecture was much appreciated by the participants and they found it very helpful for self assessment activities in their universities.
