Director QEC, University of the Punjab, Prof. Dr. Aamir Ijaz presented a research paper on title “Impact of Self-Assessment Process at University of the Punjab for the Improvement of Quality of Education: A case Study” in an international conference of Asia Pacific Quality Network (APQN) that was held on 26th – 27th May 2016 at Natadola, Fiji.

Quality professionals, researchers and heads of quality assurance bodies across the world participated in the conference. Prof. Dr. Aamir Ijaz described the importance of quality assurance in higher education and explained the impact of self-assessment procedure at University of the Punjab and shared results of his research with participants. His research was much appreciated by the audience and they found it very helpful for promoting quality culture in their organization.
