LAHORE: (Tuesday, September 1, 2020): Punjab University has awarded five PhD degrees to the scholars in which Adeela Fatima D/o Ahmad Umair Yazdani in the subject of Microbiology & Molecular Genetics after approval of her thesis entitled ‘Preparative Screening of Desert Actinobacteria Active against Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA)’, Muhammad Rafiq S/o Abdul Hameed in the subject of Agricultural Sciences (Plant Pathology) after approval of his thesis entitled ‘Management of Black Scurf of Potato by Commercial Biofertilizers and Asteraceous Weeds’, Rabia Noor D/o Abdul Moeen in the subject of Communication Studies after approval of her thesis entitled ‘Sociopolitical Narratives in Pakistani Music Videos (2007-2017)’, Munazza Kiran D/o Karamat Ali in the subject of Botany after approval of her thesis entitled ‘Taxonomic Diversity and Molecular Phylogenetics of Genus Amanita Pers. from some Selected areas of Pakistan’ and Muhammad Sajid S/o Rashid Ahmed in the subject of Education after approval of his thesis entitled ‘Relationship between Teacher Motivation, Collegiality and Teacher Performance at Secondary Level’.
