LAHORE: (Saturday, November 15, 2014): Punjab University Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) Director Prof Dr Aamir Ijaz delivered a lecture on “Impact of QEC on Higher Educational Institutions” at University of Education, Lahore on “World Quality Day”. On this occasion Vice Chancellor University of Education (UoE) Prof Dr Faiz-Ul-Hasan, Registrar UoE, Directors QECs of various universities of Lahore and HODs of different departments of UoE were present. In his address, Dr Faiz-Ul-Hasan said that education with quality is necessary for our higher education institutes. PU QEC Directore Dr Aamir Ijaz, in his lecture, explained the importance and impact of QECs in universities. He also described the self assessment tools and shared the good practices of QEC, PU with the participants. The lecture was much appreciated by the participants and they found it very helpful for self assessment activities in their universities.
